The President of Panama issued a Presidential Decree declaring that citizens of 50 friendly nations may apply for a permanent residency visa. TO OBTAIN A PERMANENT RESIDENCY VISA

  • Must be a citizen of a friendly nation listed
  • Must establish professional or economic ties with the Republic of Panama, we do that by creating your own Panamanian company or being hired to work for an existing Panama Corporation.
  • Proof of economic solvency by putting only 5000 USD in your bank account in Panama
  • Completed application, including Criminal history & background check
  • 2-3 trips to Panama Required ranging from 2-14 days.
